What password to key in when deleting staff

Hi, when I try to delete staff, they ask me to key in my password to continue, but I am using google account to login my shopify account, and when I key in my google account password, it show password incorrect, so what password should I key in?

Password of store owner account.

You must create a password from your account from Manage account  > Security
