What plan should I upgrade to for product collection and theme customization?

currently I m on my starter plan and it does not allow me to make collection of product and also theme editor and theme customization options.
I want to upgrade the plan . so, which plan will fulfill my requirements which is make product collection , theme customization and theme editor, also upload theme option ?

You can use Basic Shopify Plan.

With this plan you can create and customize an online store (theme customization, theme editor and upload theme) to showcase your products. You can manage all your products, orders, and customer information from your Shopify admin.
