Okay here's the thing. My store was closed, nothing new, this happened for so many people. They've emailed me for some documents, and i sent them everything they wanted.
I asked the support team and they've respond and i quote "you'll hear back from them in 3 to 7 business days".
IT'S BEEN 1 MONTH! 4 weeks straight passed and nothing happened!
If the proofs and documents are wrong why don't they just tell me?
They have not even sent back my money for the subscription.
If everything is alright and the money is not refunded and they're not saying the files are not good enough then why they don't open up my store again?
I'm getting tired of this. 1 MONTH PASSED AND YOU SAID IT'LL TAKE ONLY 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS!
