Hello, I am purchasing two products on the site https://shotbox.fr/ by paying €390 via Shop Pay. A few minutes later I receive a text message from someone who claims that my order indicates a risk of fraud and that I must go through a "Skrill" link to make the payment. I refused to pay by Skrill but I paid via the site's ShopPay and my money was taken.
I called my bank and they told me to wait 30 days to dispute the fraud.
Can you help me, advise me?

Hey @MrDupont , if you contacted the bank within 24 hours then they should be able to dispute the fraud. In addition you can contact to Shopify support team as you pay using the Shop pay feature.

With that being said, it would be best to reach out to the business that you made the purchase from to inquire about an order cancellation.
