I need help ASAP!

 

I got the follow mail from shopify : 

Hi,

Lance here from Shopify. Unfortunately, once an account has been declined the decision is final. Regrettably for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations.

Our banking partners determined that there was a high risk of chargebacks for the orders that were placed and have placed a 120 day reserve on the account. Their decision is final.

Since I can’t login in my shopify account I can’t see if there are chargebacks coming in. 
 
My account got closed whitout information on what to do.
 
I need my funds! I can’t pay my bills my life is falling apart!!! Everything i have build is destroyed by shopify, I feel so dumb that i started whit shopify and put my hard earned money in it ( which they have in hold ! ) 

like shopify can at least release half of the funds for me to buy the products and pay my bills!?
 
there must be SOMETHING I can do here I hope, I am super frustrated and stressed and it is very hard to cope whit the reality if they don’t release the funds I am gonna lose a whole lot of things I worked for the last years.

At this point I have sent 7 emails, and every reply is the EXACT same! 

They don’t provide me whit help or any information, I need help and shopify just don’t care about it!

I know this is an old post but I’m experiencing the EXACT same thing as you did… did they finally release the funds? I had my funds on hold for 10+ days… was told they were “looking into it” and then one morning I look and banned… have about $3k payout pending there holding for like 120 days. Bull 🐂. What did you end up doing?
