What to do when Stocky PO's don't migrate to Quickbooks?

 I converted from Quickbooks POS two weeks ago. We have had many issues but just found out today that the PO's created on Stocky do not migrate to Quickbooks accounting. Why on earth would you create a PO app that does not transfer the PO into a bill you can pay in your accounting. So what are people doing? creating a new PO in accounting after creating a PO in Stocky?

Have you figured out how to solve this?  I see QB created the item but most of the time, the bill didn't come over.  It has on occasion which doesn't make sense.   I am worried if I create a bill in QB, the books won't be accurate when the item is sold.

I have moved away from Stocky.
I use Shopify PO's and manually create the bill myself in QB
