Does anyone know what to do when they cannot call Shopify support? All they tell me to do is wait for emails from them and I never receive any and I cannot get my site back up. Is it anyone I call to get this fixed its an emergency.

Visit support.shopify.com to schedule a call with a Shopify Advisor or connect with us via chat or email. As always, we’re here to help 24/7.

In order to schedule a callback when they are available you would want to:

 

1) Head to our help center right here

2) Log in to your store (You must be logged in to see the callback option)

3)  Enter your topic for support in the search bar and click search

4) The Contact Support Button will appear. Please click it.

5) Select an option for support. If callbacks are available they will appear here:

@Moira I have been trying everyday all day for 3 days and I haven't got a call back option not once. I even tried for 2 hours straight. Im tired of communicating through email and its not getting nowhere.
