Does shopify chat will shopify members on WhatsApp when members have issues with their store or website?
Does Shopify ask you for a generator code of they need access?

Shopify doesn't usually use WhatsApp to contact store owners about issues with your store or website. They tend to stick with email, in-app notifications, or direct calls when necessary.
As for asking for a "generator code" or similar, that's not something I've seen as a standard practice. They might request verification codes for security purposes (like for two-factor authentication), but if you get any request that seems off or asks for a code you're not expecting, it's a good idea to verify it directly through your Shopify admin or contact Shopify Support via their official channels.
