When I create a new page, it does not show up as an option in the 'Pages' section - why?

I am trying to create a new page for my store and am having many difficulties with Shopify's back end not actually matching with what comes up in tutorials etc.

I have gone to the pages section, create new, give it a title, put in some dummy content etc and click save.

I then go to menus, add a new item to one of my menu's and then click 'pages' to select the page I just created, however it isn't there. I have tried everything, including following multiple online tutorials and cannot figure this out. Any help at all would be massively appreciated.

Hope this will help

- Make sure your page is saved.
- Check if it's set to Visible.
- Refresh your Shopify admin.
- Try adding it to menu again.
- If not showing, add link manually via URL.

Try to go to page and make sure you are using the right template. If you created a random page template and if the page section is defaulted to default page template that you will not see the correct content. Hit me up if you are still having trouble. We help non-shopify savy people like you.
