All things Shopify and commerce
When I try to add multiple products to my shopping cart on the laptop, only 1 product is added. Weirdly, it does work just fine on the mobile version. I am using pagefly as a page builder. Perhaps something is going wrong there? I can't find anything that could be the cause though....
Hi there, @Falosk8. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community with your question about your cart! My name is Imogen, and I'm happy to take some time to chat with you about things here. It's good to meet you!
Is it possible for you to provide a link to your store so we can test this functionality in real-time? This would help us, and anyone else who comes by this thread, troubleshoot the issue as they'll be able to test the environment and see how it's caused, and what some potential causes may be. It sounds like it could be a local issue (considering that it's working fine on your mobile device) but I'd love to see if I can replicate the issue to be sure!
When you have the chance, please follow up with me here with a link to the page giving you problems! I'll keep my eyes peeled for your reply!

Hey again, @Falosk8! Thank for providing me that link to your store! Appreciate that loads!
I took some time to check things out on my work laptop here. On your cart page, I was successfully able to add more cases of your hard seltzer to my cart. However, the price would not update, though the quantity would. I decided to go to the checkout page, and saw that the price and quantity was reflected correctly on here. When navigating back to the Cart Page, the product quantity was correct, and the price for that product had been updated to reflect the quantity. This suggests to me that there is some broken code on your cart page when viewing on desktop preventing your price from updating visible for your customers.
When it comes to coding issues, the best way to get support is to consult the entity that created the page, or theme, you're using. You mentioned that you were using PageFly early - did you use Pagefly to create your cart page? If so, you'll want to reach out to PageFly to get support from them with looking into the page's coding to determine the issue at hand.
If you didn't use Pagefly for your cart page, then you would want to contact the developer that made your theme. Are you using a third party theme, or a Shopify Made theme? If you're using a third party theme, you'll want to connect with the developer directly for support. If you're using a Shopify Made Theme, you'll want to use our Help Portal to connect with our Authenticated Support Team. You'll be able to describe the issue to them, and they'll get a ticket escalated to our Theme Team so they can look into things for you.
