Hi I am at "Navigation", and I found out that when a menu item ( say "Type A") becomes a drop-down menu, because I put items under "Type A".
Now when i click "Type A", only the drop-down menu appears, but it no longer goes to the page it is assigned to.
Is it possible for the drop-down menu to appear, and for the page to go to the assigned page ?
Many thanks.
In my screenshot below, when I click "Type A", it should go to the "Ripple fold" page. But now it does not.
Hi @hip280
When a menu item is converted into a dropdown menu, it will no longer be clickable as a standalone menu item. Users can only click on the options within the dropdown menu.
It’s important to note that only one functionality can work at a time—either the menu item remains clickable, or it serves as a dropdown menu.
Unfortunately, both cannot be integrated simultaneously.
Let me know if you have any further questions!
I hope this helps
Best,
Daisy
Hi @DaisyVo , thanks for your reply.
Hmm...I do see that its possible on other websites. ie the drop-down menu is both clickable and also function as a drop-down menu.
For example, when you hover your mouse over the drop-down menu, the drop-down menu appears, but when you click it, it opens another page.
eg www.comfy.sg
When you hover-over "Living room", the drop-down menu appear, but when you click it, it goes to the "Living room" page.
Just wondering how they do it.
-down menu, the drop-down menu appears, and when you click the drop-down menu
it will open up a web page.
I believe you may encounter many websites that demonstrate this.
Hi @hip280
I just checked on mobile, and there’s only one option: clicking to show the menu. It doesn’t redirect as you mentioned.
