I found the problem. I was using the robot chat as you suggest, the issue was that the chat screen was not automatically moving up as I made requests, so I thought I was not getting a response. I will note the chat window does not have a scroll bar anymore, I suppose everyone has a touch screen now, but I am on an old laptop and not having scroll bars is an issue. I just could not see the content

hello,
I need to speak to an agent to get more information on seeing if Shopify is right for my company. I have read through all the pages of help but still need some more answers. We have a current WooCommerce website but want to maybe do Shopify. We want to redo our site, is that something we can do or do you have talented staff to do that?

I've been in the queue to speak with someone in customer support for the last four hours via the live chat and absolutely nothing is happening. Is this normal? I asked about an alternative email address to use but was told that was only for Shopify Plus members. I guess this means that I can't access any form of customer support.
