Where Did My Site Go?

I was adding new ribbon listings to my site & when I tried to save the listings I kept seeing the red server error message come up. I checked this site & saw that I probably needed to clear my cookies to fix the problem. I knew it had been awhile since I did this so I proceeded to hopefully fix the server error issue. 

After clearing the cookies, I went to log back into my site, they texted me my authentification code & I logged in. There's something wrong, the screen is greyed out & then the "500 Theres a problem with this page" message comes up.

I don't even know how to get to chat support now.

Forget it, all of a sudden it's working. I couldn't get it to work for 20 minutes & now it's working.
