My account was frozen and I had money in my savings . I received an email saying my balance account has been closed. However where is my
money that was on my balance saving account ? I had over 1,200.00 . Do I need to seek attorney?

Did you happen to speak with our live support about this situation? Or, attempt to respond to the email that you received informing you of this situation? We do not have any internal access to account or store-specific information from the Community forums.
