Which Shopify app can identify incoming customer calls?

I'm after a shopify app that will recognise an incoming phone call and display the customer details.   I do not want to have to enter the phone number into a field, I want shopify to recognise and process the incoming phone call so I can say hello 'name' purely on their phone number. 

I have VOIP phones and realise I may have to buy some hardware that will take the phone number and shove it into the app.

Are you still looking for such a tool?
Would it be enough for you, when you get a call, to open your shopify admin, go to an app that you installed and on the app settings screen you see a list of the current ongoing calls you have (I imagine you could have different customers engaged at the same time). Then you would pick the customer you want from the list and there you would have some actions like: go to last order, view how many orders they have, their average cart size etc?
