Why am I being billed for a POS system that never worked?

When we opened our new business, I signed up for the free POS.

It arrived and never worked. we had to borrow a handset for our opening event, in November 2023.

We got a working handset locally and have been using that ever since.

 

I've had a number of email discussions about this and made it very clear that we did not want the POS. No one told me to cancel the subscription, so I've now got a bill for £69 - for a POS that has never worked or been used.
