Why am I being charged Rs 2300 on my second month of Shopify subscription?

Shopify claim that make an new account and get subscription @rs.23 for 3 month's. 

I buyied a plan for three month but in second month shopify is asking for the payment of rs 2300 what will I do now.

Pls help me I am in trouble1😫😫
