Why am I charged monthly yet can't access my fully stocked store?

Why  am I being charges $31.32 every month since January, but still unable to get into my store? The store that comes up is devoid of product, and says I am in trial period? What the heck?

I have gone thru the procedure of email and chat.  They can not grasp
what I am trying to explain. The solution that they provided did not
solve anything. It mad it worse. Now it seems there is a second account.
But my original store is gone. All my work is gone. There is no phone
number to get a hold of anyone. The customer service number on line,
goes to an answering machine that informs you that all customer service
is now handled thru the on line help.Which doesn't exist.
