When I try to click on an order I get a 500 error

Is anyone else experiencing this - the chat hold time is 5 min but the alerts page says everything is working.

Here is what technical support says: "
I checked this issue with our technical team and I would like to inform you that this is a global issue and our team has confirmed that they are working on it and it wil be fixed soon"
so we just have to wait but they are on it!

Yes, I am experiencing the same thing.
Hi i have been chasing shopify as i can see this 500 admin errro and i have such 49 screenshots availale with me and shopify is unable to resolve it from last 5 months . and daily shopify adviors say that clear the cache when actually they are hiding teh major bug in the system.

True shopify is hiding the erros and they say because these erros are not happening to large number of merchants we dont show them in status .
Orders are also lagging behind , my system goes idle for minimum 6 to 9 hours and then the orders starts flowing like anything.Its sad teh shopify system is failing now recently many errors and the chat support just says we aplogise thats all .
ok - thank you for helping you guys - it is good to know others have this issue - I am on the support ticket and they are looking into it. hoping for fix soon.
