Hey, @DuyBao_2311! Welcome to Shopify Community!

I'd love to help you with this concern. The error you're experiencing is actually a known issue and it's specific to stores that have the default language set to Vietnamese. These stores are unable to access certain payment providers. While this isn't ideal, our developers are fortunately aware and are currently working to fix the issue.

Since the issue is still ongoing, you'll need to perform a workaround to overcome the issue and be able to use the third-party payment gateway. You can find the steps for the workaround below.

  1. In your Shopify admin, click your username and account picture on the top right-hand corner.
  2. Click Manage account.
  3. In the Preferred language section, select English from the Language drop-down list.
  4. Activate your third-party payment gateway.

Once you've set up your third-party payment gateway, you may repeat steps 1-3 to set your preferred language to Vietnamese again.

Thanks for your patience as our developers work to get this fixed as soon as possible! By the way, if you're in the process of setting up your store, please feel free to utilize this general setup checklist to help you quickly launch and start selling!
