Why am I getting an error when updating an AliExpress product page?

Hello,

 

I added a product from AliExpress and was trying to update the product page but kept getting the following error message:

"The following image IDs do not exist or do not belong to the product: 43363029909784." I deleted all the images in the media but the error still persists. Please, kindly help. Thank you.

It looks to me like one of the images that was initially synced from AliExpress to your Shopify account is no longer available. Is there a broken image on your product listing from Shopify's side of things?

I am experiencing the same thing. I am just trying to update the description. I have deleted all of the images in the product and I am still getting an error.

Thanks for reaching out about this. The error message appears to be in line with what @Konch is seeing above. From what I can tell, one or more images that were initially synced from AliExpress are no longer available with the listing. Do you have a broken image in your product listing on Shopify's side or is it all empty at the moment? Can you see if the product listing on AliExpress has any images left?
