Why am I getting traffic but no purchases on my new website?

Hi I just Launched my website an i'm getting a ton of traffic but no purchases. I also have free and paid ads. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong? My website is anythinganevertythinghere.myshopify.com Can someone please help me? I'm beginning to get discouraged.
