Why am I having difficulties with Shopify's interface and support?

I signed up again with Shopify on the 10 Mar but then kept receiving notifications telling me that my free trial will come to an end in 3 days??? I installed auto ds as a supplier for my shop and imported under 200 products… but can I see these products??? I tried to change my theme and font style but found that not so easy to do. And have been trying to access settings to make changes to my logo and colour scheme for my shop interface but seem to get to a different menu of settings each time… all of which has been affecting my work flow and continuity. And to add further to making my whole experience of using shopify not enjoyable, on top of all of that, there is no way to contact them directly… smh… is anyone else feeling a similar way like this or is it just me? I wonder if it’s because they are only charging $1 for the month as per the trial why you get no support on the set up?

To comment on some of your questions here, the Shopify Free Trial is currently 3 days of free time + a month of subscription time at only $1. This would explain why you're receiving notifications that your free trial is ending soon, as your $1 deal will be activating afterwards.

 

As for your dropshipping products, if you've imported your products correctly from your supplier, they should be visible from the 'Products' tab in your Shopify Admin. If you're not seeing any products there, then you've not imported your products correctly, and will need to consult your product supplier's support documents for help.

 

As for editing your theme, you can do so by going to 'Online Store > Themes > Customize' in your Shopify Admin. One of our Shopify Plans, the 'Starter Plan' has reduced functionality around theme editing, so if you're on the Starter Plan, this may explain why you're finding editing things difficult.
