Why am I not getting any sales despite high traffic on my eCommerce site?

Hi i opened my account like 2 weeks ago i have more than 800 sessons and visitors i have traffic on my page but not received even 1 order , ihav3 promoted my account too and i have paid from my pocket but no received even 1 order can someone help me what is the issue why there is no sale

thanks for ur reply but i have like 1000 thousands visitors and 1 of them should placed the order at least , i dont know what happened
