Why am I not receiving iOS push notifications for new orders?

My issue has been ongoing for a week now. I am not getting any new order push notifications. I am receiving emails just not the push notifications on any of the devices logged into my account. I have deleted the app and re-installed it so many times and it did not help. I have reached out to support and spoke with 5 different advisors who could not even help and supposedly escalated the issue to a higher team and they have not resolved it either. I hope someone on here can help me out.

Thank you for your quick response. However I have done all of that and more and nothing worked. Its definitely not a device issue because the notifications are not coming in on any of the 4 different devices I am logged into my account on.
