Why am I not receiving my authentication code to log into my account?

I’m experiencing issues logging into my Shopify account. For some reason, I’m not receiving the code via SMS. This has never been a problem before; my phone number hasn’t changed, yet I’m not receiving any code. I’m unable to get in touch with Shopify’s support team, and I’m feeling quite desperate. Fortunately, I’m still logged into the Shopify app on my phone, so I can still view and process orders. Is there anyone who knows how I can get in touch with Shopify without logging in? I created this account specifically to be able to participate in this forum.
