I have tried several times to export my products in shopify but never receive the csv files via email even though the pop up shows that it was sent to my email.

This is an accepted solution.
Sometimes CSV files get stuck during the export process, resulting in the CSV never arriving in your inbox. To resolve this, you will need to contact Shopify Support.
