I am not receiving order notification emails to my email. It appears I have everything set up properly but the order confirmations do not come through. I receive other Shopify emails to that same address, but not order confirmations. Again, it appears everything is set up properly in my staff notifications, but it's just not working. I ended up sending order notifications to my personal email and creating a forwarding rule to send them to my work email. This seems like a wildly unnecessary workaround and like I must be missing something or there's some weird block in my Shopify / Gmail account.
Check spam/junk mail folder
Thank you for the suggestion, but I've done that and see nothing. It's the strangest thing, isn't it?
