Why am I not receiving staff email notifications for customer orders?

Hello, I am not receiving staff email notifications when a customer creates an order. For some emails it works but for my specific email address not. I was trying to send testing email, nothing arrived into my input box. Who can help me with that? I need to find working solutions ASAP, the settings is properly set, the email box is working too.

I've been having the same issue. Did you manage to resolve this?
I'm also not receiving exported customer segments via email.
