i run a clothing brand. i use my apple account to sign in. when i sign in, it asks for a login code that it sends to my phone. i never receive that code (i know it is MY phone that it should send to). however, the CEO made the oh so smart decision to remove email and phone customer support. that robot doesnt count as customer support, it is useless. i had to make a new account to post here since i obviously cannot log in to my real one. i never got any recovery codes either. please fix this so i can log in to my main account and actually do business. you guys keep charging me for an account i cant even use.
