Why am I receiving fake orders for items marked as 'not for sale'?

I have items on my site which are previous or custom items which are posted on "not-for-sale" pages. There's no price or button to purchase, but I keep getting fraudulent orders for these items, usually 5-10 at a time. Any idea why this is happening and how to make these items legitimately not for sale?
