Why am I seeing a 404 message when selecting a plan?

I am trying to pick a plan to finish setting up my shop and it shows me a 404 message


There's no page at this address

Check the URL and try again, or use the search bar to find what you need.

Attached is a screen shot, please help me out 🙂
Tried already cleaning cache and cookies, I am using brave browser, it doesn't work on google chrome either

Troubleshooting steps to try:

  • Ensure you are an up-to-date browser that is supported by Shopify
  • Try this out using a private or incognito browser
  • Try this out using a different internet connection. For example, your cellular network instead of wifi.
  • Ensure you don't have pop-ups blocked 
  • Ensure your browser's cookie preferences are not set to "Block all cookies"
  • Ensure you don't have any firewalls or VPNs (virtual private networks) enabled on your device or network blocking Shopify

Hello Dolev97,

I came across similar questions in the community, and one of the Shopify staff members stated that this was a known issue earlier today; however, the development team has resolved the issue now. 

I think you should clear the cookies and cache files from the browser and retry.
