Why am I seeing a $42 recurring charge on my account?

Anyone know where a $42 Shopify recurring charge would come from? Trying to find it

Do you have any apps on your store that you recall are of this recurring charge value?

Usually, if this charge is showing up on your bank statement, there will be an invoice number associated with it - if you can see the invoice number, you can reach out to our Shopify Support team who can search this invoice number in our system to determine where this charge is from.

Alternatively, you can take a look in your own Shopify admin, by going through to Settings > Billing > Bills and you should be able to see your invoices and check these for the charge in question. The section will look like the below -

In my bank it says SHOPIFY* 144748623 HTTPSHOPIFY.

Thanks for providing that number. Having the invoice number will help our advisors search this charge in the system and locate the exact bill for you if it is indeed a charge from Shopify. So definitely go ahead and reach out to the Support team as per my previous reply and provide them with the invoice number!
