Hello, I have a problem with my website and my instagram online store. I'm getting this error message: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Can somebody help me please?

The DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error can sometimes appear when the records in the domain's DNS settings aren't yet pointing to your store.

To direct a third-party domain to your Shopify store, please ensure that the A record is 23.227.38.65 and the CNAME record is shops.myshopify.com. You can find detailed instructions to set up these records here: Making your third-party domain your Shopify URL.

If this is a domain you purchased from Shopify rather than a third-party provider, please get in touch with our support team via the Shopify Help Center so we can take a closer look at the settings with you.

The DNS setting were set correctly and the website was connected, suddenly with no changes to the DNS configuration the DNS was disconnected from Shopify. 

 

The only thing I did recently was to upload products through Printify.

Hey, there! If you're using a third-party domain, please double check the records to ensure they match Shopify's A record and CNAME record. If you've already confirmed that the records match and you don't see any errors within the Shopify admin, you may need to speak with your domain provider for further troubleshooting.
