Why am I still being billed by Shopify after closing my store?

I am simply trying to stop Shopify from billing me. Also, I’ve tried logging in and going to setting to close and deactivate my store. I did this three months ago. Even the website says I did this three months ago. I can’t access the store to deactivate it again which the moderator will probably ask me to do. I want a refund since now the bill is over $100+. I’ve looked through threads and see other people also dealing with the same issue. Please get me in touch with a real person or help me solve this issue. I demand a refund as well as the other people who have been affected by this.
