I deactivated my account months ago but have noticed I am still being charged £25 a month which could be my domain.  I have logged into my account and it states deactivated but there is no settings page to cancel my domain. Does anyone know where I can access this please.  The ref on my bank is shopify

Hello @pixies123 In this case you need to contact shopify support so that they can cancel the Subscription of your domain and you will not be again get charged for this Domain.

Domains are renewed and charged annually, so there's a possibility it's a charge for something else, such as subscription. I understand your store is deactivated, however, do you have any other stores that may be currently active? 


I suggest using this recovery tool to check if you have any active stores. Simply enter all your email addresses there and you will get an email with store information if there's a store that's associated with any of your emails. You can then log into the other store(s) and deactivate them by following these steps. 


If you don't find any active stores and you are unable to determine the charge, please feel free to head over to our Help Center and chat with the AI assistant to speak with our support team. They can help you locate the charge and stop it from happening again.


While this is unlikely to be a domain charge, I suggest ensuring that you deactivate the automatic renewal of your domain if you previously purchased a Shopify domain and no longer wish to use it or have its ownership. Doing this will ensure you won't be charged for it anymore and it will become available for others to purchase. To deactivate the automatic renewal of a domain in a deactivated store, you can contact our support team so they can look into granting you temporary access to your admin.
