Why are changes I make to pages and products being reverted hours later?

Hello, multiple times now I have spent hours making changes to pages and products in my site, only to have them reverted back to their original versions hours later.

This problem is intermittent and not occurring every time but has happened on at least 5 occasions now.  Is there some kind of caching issue on your side that keeps reverting my changes over night?

This has cost me so much time and energy that I am at my wits end.  Please let me know how to resolve this.

Check your apps, maybe you have an app that has an automated job or sync feature.

If that's not it, check with your team to make sure people haven't been editing the same areas.

That's the only 2 reasons I can think of that could be doing this.

I have been having the exact same issue as stated above. I will work on a product and then a day later it will revert my product name to the aliexpress name. It also reverts the price changes and it removes variant photos.

Is there a definite solution? I am experiencing this issue with my products and i do not have any apps effecting it, unless auto-ds is causing it...

Same. It keeps listing Printify as the vendor, why do I want people to know that, I don't .

No that is not it because there are no apps and im the only one here, was this ever resolved? I thought I was losing it at first, then I started paying distinct attention, such a waste a time if you're dealing with hundreds of products, only to have them disappear.

I am having the same issue and it is SO frustrating.  I am ready to find a new platform other than shopify.  Even the website platform looks different the next day after I spent hours making revisions.

In my case the site was using an app called Shogun that was overriding the product description if you edit the product directly. Making the edit in shogun got the change to stick.
