Why are customers abandoning carts on my site?

www.pawsomeheaven.co.uk Hello all , wondering if any one could help , i have had my store since november 2023 , now i have had a few sales , but is just not picking up , i keep getting active carts active checkouts but they just dont purchase , i use mailchimp klaviyo marketing socials and google , i have spend so much money on this website but i am still not getting the sales i want ! Any suggestions would be great many thanks

Here is my first impression regarding the site

1. Too many popups

2. Too many sticky buttons which is very distracting

3. Header is too big

You should reduce the height of the logo. That way the height of the whole header will decrease.
