Why are my collection images not displaying correctly?

I have made a collection and connected with the product and navigation of the menu page. the collection does not return the product or products but kept showing no products available. Now i have deleted the collection, made same new and did everything same with connections and instead of having no products show or the specific items it needs to show, it shows me all products.

As well in the image below the items the collection needs to show is in the blue and the pictures of the items are not showing.

In the image it is shown that all my products are showing which are not suppose to. only the products without the images need to show.

I would suggest speaking with our live support to have a closer look into the set up of your store and advise next steps. With that being said, you can get in touch with our live support by navigating to our Help Center. 

When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with Support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
