I got the prompt message on my payout page to check my admin to submit additional info about myself and business. I filled in all documents but my account is still on hold for a week now with no response whatsoever from the said team. I have not violated any rules on shopify nor do i sell products contradictory to shopify, i don't have a single chargeback but my payments are on hold. All my document i provided ID, Proof of address, inventory, payments, shippinf information so why are am i still on hold. If we need represenatative to go about this we should be made known. The customer support been saying the exact same thing over again, with no positive movement about this. Please if this can be looked over for me i would really appreciate it. As this payouts are used to fulfil part of clients orders.
