Why are my payouts pending for 4 weeks on my new business?

Hi there,

I just started my new business and I have had 4 orders go through shopify payments all nearly 4 weeks ago. I have double checked everything on my end and all my details are up to date.

There is no payout date present and I have been trying to contact someone for weeks because I just have over $300 just sitting there!

Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with your payouts, to ensure this gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you seeing a payout date within the Payments section Shopify admin?

If not, I'd encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to determine why it's stuck in a pending state and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

• Log into your shop.

• Select one of the available support options.
