Why are only some items visible in my website's collection?

Hello! I am a new website owner and running into my first roadblock. 

I have a collection on my website that is viewable from the sidebar menu, however when that option is clicked you can see there should be 16 items to view, but you can only actually see 1 of those items. 

All 16 items can be viewed in the Catalog tab, but not in the Collection. When viewing my collection rules it says all 16 items follow said established rules. 

Has anyone experienced this before, and how can I resolve? If you have a direct contact forum for Shopify (email, phone number, carrier Pigeon address) that would be helpful as well.
