i want to add the content and the sections and the blocks also but on product page all is missing  but these fields and the options are visible and working on the home page.... Please help me i am using the impulse theme

Why are product page fields missing?

Impulse, like many premium Shopify themes, has separate template settings for different page types. That means the sections you see on your homepage aren’t automatically applied to product pages unless they’re manually added in the theme editor.

How to Fix It

Follow these steps to make sure your product page has all the sections and blocks you need:

1. Check Your Product Page Template

  • Go to Online Store > Themes
  • Click Customize on the Impulse theme
  • In the top dropdown, select Product Pages (instead of Home Page)
  • See if the sections are available. If not, you need to add them manually.

2. Add Sections & Blocks to Your Product Page

  • In the Theme Editor (on the Product Page view), click Add section
  • Look for "Product information", "Custom content", or any other section you need
  • Click Add block inside the section if you want to include extra fields like text, images, or buttons

3. Check Your Theme Settings

  • Go to Theme Settings (inside the editor)
  • Look for Dynamic Sources or Custom Fields to make sure your theme allows custom content on product pages

4. Make Sure You’re Using the Right Product Template

  • In your Shopify admin, go to Products > Click a product
  • Scroll down to Theme template
  • If it says something like “Default product”, switch it to Impulse custom product (if available)
  • Save and refresh your editor

5. Check for Hardcoded Template Restrictions

If nothing works, there might be a code restriction in your product.liquid or main-product.liquid file.

  • Go to Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code
  • Check Sections > main-product.liquid or Templates > product.liquid
  • Look for any conditions that limit sections (like {% if template.name == 'product' %})
