Why are some dropdowns visible and unclickable on mobile?

Hi there, i have and some dropdowns that contain text and they are visible only if they contain the text inside else they will be hidden. But i noticed that something in some products they are visible although thy have not text inside and they are not clickable (mostly in mobile), does anyone knows why this happen?

In desktop there is not problem only on mobile

Yes, as i said sometimes, other times works correctly, this is why ask a question i cannot understand why this happen, is an error on the theme, on the metafields?

Might be JS issue, some time JS isn't loading properly.
