Why are some order details missing in my online store?

Hello, has anyone experianced orders without full information? I just recived a replay that says most of my orders does not have full information and I needed verifications.  Mostly I use zendrop and tiktok and I have set up my Shopfy to capture all informations.  Is there  anything  that you guys sujest me to do so it can be checked out correctly or have the correct formating?
