Why are some product locations and types showing as N/A in my sales reports?

I am wondering why in my admin, whenever I pull a sales over time report, SOME of the product location names are showing "N/A". I am seeing doubles of some of my products, where one says "fulfillment center" and the other says "N/A" and I cannot figure out why! I have also seen product type N/A which is also throwing off some of my reports. How do I get rid of these!?
