Why are there unexpected withdrawals from my paused account?

My account has been paused for several months. A few days ago, two withdrawals were made from my bank account. I’m not sure what they are for. My paused payment is $9.99, but these withdrawals totally $33. Please advise. Thank you

Good luck trying to get your funds! Shopify is holding over 20.000 USD in payments from our store and nobody has replied to over 15 emails in a month! 

They've marked some payments as "paid out", but nothing was ever received. And of course all their "Pay outs" contain no transfer reference. 

If you just opened your store, I would advise you to stay far away as this company is an absolutely fraud!
