I have this website called " https://natureglowinternational.shop/  " I did the TikTok ad campaign and I have 18 conversions in TikTok yet not one person ordered any of my products. How is this possible? Is it cause there's something wrong with checking out and buying the product where you can't even buy the product. or is TikTok conversions no indicator on someone buying ur product only going to the website. The ad plan I did too was TikTok Instant Page so im thinking the "conversions" mean they clicked on the instant page then the website but decided to not pay for anything. Or is it cause I deleted the autods account linked to this store so the inventory isn't linked to the store making it where people cant pay for anything?

Hello @jakebuisness It sounds like the TikTok conversions you're seeing refer to actions taken on the TikTok Instant Page, such as clicks to your website, not necessarily purchases. If you're seeing no orders, it could be due to several factors: the checkout process could have issues, the product may not be available if inventory isn't properly linked, or users are simply not finding the product appealing enough to complete the purchase. I’d recommend checking if your checkout works smoothly and making sure your inventory is correctly linked to the store.

Your website needs a lot of work. I would at minimum hire someone that has experience and success on Shopify stores for a couple hours to go through your site and help advise on basic best practices. Will be highly valuable because you'll waste a lot of ad expenses right now with your site as it is.

Quick example, your about page has [Store name] placeholder text still: https://natureglowinternational.shop/pages/about-us

Get a professionally designed logo. Your brand represents your business, make it professional.

Your social media footer links are broken.

Also I'd change your background to white on all pages, to be consistent with product pages (and most ecommerce sites people are used to buying from).

If you want to get a good conversion rate, you want your store to look and feel authentic. Right now it looks like a quickly pieced together dropshipping site.

Hope that helps.
