Had free trial & chose Starter Plan. Only 24 products show on page & can't create collections. All products show active with correct quantities but not all are listing. Please help to get all products on page.

Hi @JanineSmith

Are you trying to place product in the home page? If so, you need to go to your theme editor and use a section that will show your products in your home page. You can also go to product page and your product should appear. You can check here for more instructions.

Hi @JanineSmith

Thank you for reaching out to our community forums for help with your new store. I understand you have some questions about the Starter plan and it's customization options.

In regards to showing 24 products on the main page, this is expected behavior. You should see a "view all" button at the bottom of the page that takes you to a list of all available products on the store.

The Starter plan also doesn't support collections as it is designed for small inventories or merchants who primarily sell on social media channels. The focus is on selling individual products directly to your customers, instead of browsing a collection of them. The online store experience is a "lite" version of our standard online store.

If you are looking for more customization options then I recommend upgrading your plan to the Shopify Basic plan. It is important to note that you cannot change a store back to the Starter plan at a later date if you wish to. You would need to make a new store account on the Starter plan if that was your desire.
