Hello, I have just successfully authenticated my domain for email notifications for my Shopify store. I ordered something from my store just to test to see if it works and I received an email via my personal email which I used to place the order however I did not receive an email to the business email which is the domain that I just verified. I then also submitted a contact form on the website and have not received an email to inform me of the response like I usually do. The email works fine sending and receiving mail however  it doesn’t seem to be getting anything from the Shopify store. Please could some one point to out as to where I am going wrong. Thank you. I have not received an email from shopify that a new device has logged in to my account but still not emails to say that customers have placed and order or contact form responses

Just posting this here as well since I had the same issue.

Don't forget to add your hosted domain mail to your spf record. 

 

Replace your@hostedemail.com with the email your store uses to send emails to your customers

 

"v=spf1 include:_spf.your@hostedemail.com ~all"
